Mirror is based on high quality distortion-free float glass. It is produced by coating a silver film, a copper film and two or more layers of waterproof paint on the back surface of float glass. 

The production process of glass and silver mirror is as follows: 
Prewash→ Polish→ Polish→ Activate→ Silver-Plated → Copper → Baking→ Primer → Primer→ Finish→ Solidification→ Cooling→ Surface Cleaning→ Lower Plate→ Test→ Packaging.
